After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. If you have selected delivery, we will attempt to dispatch your goods via our selected delivery network within 7 working days; however, depending on work load, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will keep  you advised.

If you have selected Pick-Up a member of our team will contact you to confirm pick up time so that your order is ready for you on your arrival.

Please note: Additional delivery charges may be incurred if we are unsuccessful in delivering your order. Should you need to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible to avoid delays and additional costs being incurred.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on-time and undamaged, couriers don't always get it right. We'll make every effort to work with you and the courier company to ensure a timely resolution on your delivery issue.

When will my order be dispatched?

As we manufacture all products, dispatch will generally be within 7 working days. Any delays will be notified as soon as possible. Delivery may take an additional 3 - 5 working days dependant on your location and the courier network.

I haven't received my order yet, who should i contact?

Please email sales@outbackclotheslines.com.au with your order number. Our team will respond as soon as possible with an update on your order.
